As an example the 'T' board are made from two sheets of 3.8mm correx that are welded together down the vertical seams and the post goes between both boards in the centre. The Flag board is a single sheet of heavy duty 6mm correx that has been printed on both sides.

Depending on your sign board design and it's intended display location some/all of the following accessories will be required; pre drilled slips, nylon nuts, bolts and washers, post anchors.
